BEVERLY – formerly of Peabody, Mrs. Catherine G. (Grant) Gamache, age 83 years, wife of the late Euclide A. Gamache, died Tuesday afternoon, July 18, 2006 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Born in Danvers, daughter of the late Daniel and Florence (Jermyn) Grant. She attended Peabody Public Schools.
Mrs. Gamache had been employed for many years at Sylvania in Danvers.
Catherine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed caring for her family and spending time with them. She was also a resident of Beverly for over thirty years.
Surviving her are one son, Euclide Gamache Jr. of Peabody; three daughters, Rose Mauriello of Wakefield, Patricia Sullivan of Beverly and Jeannette Gamache of Lowell; four grandchildren, Richard Mauriello, Melanie Sterley, Thomas Sullivan and Kathleen Sullivan; five great grandchildren, Derek T., Thomas B. Courtney, Brianna and Jordan Sullivan. She was also mother of the late Ronald Gamache and sister of the late Irene Serpa.
Funeral Service will be held in the Campbell Funeral Home 525 Cabot St, Beverly on Friday July 21, 2006 at 9a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Central Cemetery, Beverly.
