CECELIA FLUEWELLING OBITUARY
Fluewelling, Cecelia Mary (Snyder) COHOES Cecelia Mary Snyder Fluewelling aka "Nana", 90, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Eddy Village Green, Cohoes. Cecelia was born, raised and lived in Troy for most of her life. She was a graduate of CCHS. After raising her five children, she resumed her banking career with Key Bank and HSBC. Her favorite past-time was spending quality time with her family. She also enjoyed being involved with her "church" families. To know Nana was to love her, and this was evident by the number of lives she has touched in so many ways over the years. Cecelia was predeceased by her beloved husband, William H. Fluewelling Sr., as well as her only son, William H. Fluewelling Jr. She is survived by her children: Barbara (Michael) Fryer, Michele "Shelley" (William) Broderick, Bethany (Arthur) Breen, Suzette (Frederick) Nugent, and Donna (William Jr.'s widow); her grandchildren: William (Jessica) Fluewelling III, Shawn (Brie) Fluewelling, Heather Falcone, Jason Baczynski, Heidi (Joel) Caruso, Heidi (Leif) Backus, Kristy (Jeff) Gamache, Anastasia Broderick (Justin), Stephen Broderick, Christine Bryant, Jason (Gail) Jette, Brian Jette (Cristy), Gregory (Andrea) Jette, Nicole Breen (Jason), Stephanie (Colin) Dwyer, Julie Breen (Christopher), Frank Esposito Jr., Angelina (Timothy) Bates, Sarah (Denise) Garner-Graci; 25 loved and cherished great-grandchildren, as well as several dogs, cats, chickens, geese and yes...donkeys! The family wishes to extend a huge heartfelt "thank you" to Eddy Village Green, especially to the caregivers (past and present) of House 19. The love and care over the years was above and beyond! Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, 1200 Central Avenue, Colonie, on Wednesday, September 14, from 4-7 p.m. A graveside service will be Thursday, September 15, at 10 a.m. at the Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.
