Eva L. Gamache, 83, of Bedford, died February 29, 2008 at the Laurel Center in Bedford following a period of declining health. She was born May 6, 1924 in Manchester the daughter of Albert and Eva (Landry) Trudeau. She was educated in Manchester school system. She was a resident of Manchester for many years. She was a dedicated homemaker and mother. She loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. Eva was a pianist. She also loved animals. She was the past president of the AARP Chapter in Manchester. She attended St. Francis of Assisi Church in Manchester. Family members include her son Paul Gamache of Lisbon, NH and her daughter, Debbie Geoffroy of Lyman, NH, and various nephews, nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Victor M. Gamache who died December 9, 2006. In her life: She also leaves a granddaughter, Lisa Roberson of Lyman, NH. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 1:00 to 3:30pm at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., the corner of Union Street, Manchester, NH. Services will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3:30pm. Burial will follow at a later date.
