Deceased Name: Roma S. Gamache
Roma S. Gamache, 62, of 249 Tickle Rd. died Tuesday at the Veterans Administration Regional Medical Center, Providence. He was the husband of Logia (Misiaszek) Florea-Gamache.
A cabinetmaker, he owned the Crescent Woodworking Co., which he founded 30 years ago. He retired in 1981 because of ill health. He was a member of the FABCO and Shipshape bowling leagues. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Born in Canada, a son of the late Alphonse and Rose (Labbe) Delima, he lived in Fall River several years before moving to Westport.
Besides his wife he leaves a stepson, Michael C. Florea of Westport; two stepdaughters, Stephanie A. and Teresa M. Florea, both of Westport, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennine Pelletier and Mrs. Annette Couture, both of Fall River.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St., with a funeral Mass at 11 at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, in Fall River.
