The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Conrad at the London Health Sciences Centre, on Friday September 13th, 2024, at the age of 60.
Beloved husband and soulmate of Cristine. Loving son of Rita ( late Norman Wagner). Cherished father of Dean (Shiane), Chantal (David), and Jamie (Jennifer). Conrad will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Landon, Dawson and Autunm.
Dear brother of Linda, Fern Jr. (Sue), Nancy (Lucien), Kim (Gerry). He is survived by his stepmother Rachel, his aunt Raymonde (Marcel), many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Conrad was predeceased by his father Fern Sr., by his baby sister Marie, by his niece Melanie, by his mother-in- law Laurette Groulx, by his grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to thank the transplant team at the University Hospital London Health Sciences Centre, the doctors and nurses who have been a part of Conrad?s care through this challenge. A special thanks to Doctor Lebel and Dr. Essue.
Donations to the London Health Sciences Centre will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
The family will receive friends at Stinson Funeral Home on Monday September 30th, 2024, from 10am to 12pm.
