1934-2025
At the Maison de la Montage of the Saint-Eugène de L'Islet Accommodation Center, surrounded by the love of her family, on February 16, 2025, at the age of 90, passed away Mrs. Marie-Laure Gamache, wife of the late Mr. Simon Gaudreault. Daughter of the late Marie-Rose Caouette and the late Mr. Athanase Gamache, she lived in L'Islet.
She is survived by her children: France (Mario St-Pierre), Marc (Caroline Labonté) and Clément.
She was the sister and sister-in-law of: the late Geneviève, the late Madeleine (the late Denis Cloutier), Thérèse (the late Alcide Landry, the late Jean-Claude Bernier), the late Raymond (Monique Thériault), Sr Bernadette (Saint-Joseph de Saint-Vallier), the late Olivette (the late Jean Desrochers), Louise (André Thibault) and Huguette Gamache (Alpha Guimond);
She also leaves behind members of the Gaudreault family, her nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Maison de la Montagne at the Saint-Eugène Accommodation Center for their attention, the good care provided and for all the love she received.
The funeral with Eucharist will be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Saint-Eugène church in L'Islet, where members of his family will welcome you from 1:30 p.m.
His ashes will then be placed in the columbarium of the parish cemetery.
