  [S5] Obituary. PELLETIER GAMACHE, Lucienne 1921-2017 At the Hôpital de Montmagny, on May 7, 2017, at the age of 96 years, passed away Mrs. Lucienne Pelletier, wife of the late Mr. Armand Gamache. She lived in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. She was the mother of: late Michel, Pauline (Cyrille Fortin), Léo (Cécile Leclerc), late Réal, Luce (Fernand Laurendeau), Jeanne (René Fortin); the grandmother of: Chantal (Jeff Foucault) and Nathalie Fortin (Stéphane Ricard), Isabelle (Martin Ouellet), Valérie (Frédéric Caron) and Guillaume Gamache (Clara Giroux-Bertrand), Johanne (Antoine Martel) and the late Marie-Ève Laurendeau, Jérôme and Jonathan Fortin. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Marie-Louise Dubé and the late Louis Pelletier; the sister of: fire Émilia (late François Bois), late Camille (late Yvonne Gagnon), late Armand (Anne-Marie Dufour), Euclide (late Alice Gaudreau), Rosa (late Camille Turcotte), Charles-Aimé (Gisèle Gamache) and the late Roger (Jeanne-Mance Thériault). She also went to join her brothers-in-law and her sisters-in-law of the Gamache family, all of whom died. Also affected by his departure are many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to Yves, Bernard and their staff at the L'Air du Fleuve Residence, and the home care team at Saint-Jean-Port-Joli and Dr. Gilles Labrecque, as well as Dr. Annie Mercier and the staff of the Montmagny Hospital, for the quality of their care, their attentions, their dedication and their support.
