Jean-Marie Blais 1919 - 2017 At the CHSLD Saint-Raphaël, on December 19, 2017 at the age of 98 years and 5 months passed away Mr. Jean-Marie Blais husband of the late Emma Gagnon. He lived at Saint-Raphael, Bellechasse. The religious service will be celebrated on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 am in the church of Saint Raphael, where the family will be present to receive condolences from 9:30. He will be sadly missed by his children: Carmelle (Guy Gamache), Jacques (Gérald Drapeau), Simon, Daniel (Manon Cantin); his grandchildren: Valérie Blais (Dave Proulx and their children: Laurence, Émile and Anabel), Estelle Blais (Thomas Latulippe and their children: Zachary, Juliette, Eliot and Justin), Mathieu Blais (Katerine Tremblay-Lessard), Émilie Blais (Patrick Truchon, his daughter Kéliane Lévesque and his father Dominic Lévesque), Andréanne Blais and their mother Huguette Bouchard, Philippe Blais (Amélie Bergeron) and his mother France Roy. He was the brother of: the late Blanche Blais (late Albert Champagne), the late Lucien Blais, the late Bernardin Blais, the late Rodolphe Blais (late Fernande Bélanger), the late Pierre Blais (late Mariette Bélanger), the late Charles Blais (Jeanne Bélanger), the late Marcel Blais, the late Philippe Blais (late Jeanne-d'Arc Lessard), the late Jules Michaud, the late Roger Michaud (late Jeannine Bilodeau) and the late Guy Caron. From the Gagnon family, he was the brother-in-law of: late Lucille (late Philippe Hudon), late Leo (late Rose Robitaille), late Jules (late Fleurette Perron), late Céline (late Léonidas Fortin), late Pauline (late Ronaldo Fortin), late Marguerite (late Maurice Bélanger), late Thérèse (late Fernand Larouche), late Maurice (late Céline Leclerc), late Guy (late Lucie Néron) and late Louis (late Paula Bouchard). He also leaves to mourn many nephews, nieces, cousins ??and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the CHSLD Saint-Raphaël for their dedication and the care lavished on our father for the last 9 years, we greatly appreciated it.
