Critella, 79, died Dec. 1 at Central Peninsula General Hospital in Soldotna. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Spruce Grove Memorial Park in Kasilof. Pastor Scott Franchino of Peninsula Grace Brethren Church of Soldotna will officiate. Mrs. Critella was born March 1, 1915, in North Adams, Mass. She worked for Sprague Electric Co. in North Adams for 50 years, retiring at age 65. She came to Soldotna in 1983 to be by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Walter Gamache. She loved crocheting and working with her house plants. Mrs. Critella is survived by her daughter and son-in- law, Patricia and Walter Gamache of Soldotna; granddaughters, Robin Grandchamp of North Adams and Kim Johnson and JoAnn Gamache, both of Soldotna; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isadore, and four brothers, Joseph, Jake, Charlie and George Schnapps. Arrangements were handled by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
