Jacques M. Roland - 1927-2019 At the Granby Hospital, on February 21, 2019, at the age of 91, passed away Mr. Roland Jacques, husband of the late Jeannette Gamache, residing in Granby. He is survived by his children: Gilles (Luce Dussault), Linda (Pierre Grégoire), Serge, Alain (Josée Laverrière), Ghislain (Chantal Guitar), Sylvain (Claudette Ménard). He was also the father of the late Renaud Jacques. He also leaves to mourn his grandchildren: Audrey, Claudy, Dany, Mélissa, Éric, David, Jessika, Cindy, Sandra, Roxanne, Karolane, Marie-Pier, Samuel, their spouses and his great-grandchildren as well as his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the CHSLD Villa Bonheur for the good care provided to Mr. Jacques. The cremation took place in Granby at the Jardins funéraires Bessette crematorium. The family will welcome relatives and friends at Les Jardins funéraires Bessette in Granby on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 3 p.m., followed by the celebration of life at 5 p.m. in the chapel. The installation will follow in the columbarium. As an expression of sympathy, a donation to the Fondation du Center Hospitalier de Granby for the attention of the CHSLD Villa Bonheur would be appreciated. Forms will be available at the salon.
