POITRAS Marcel Date of death: Saturday April 12, 2003 source La Presse, Montreal, QC 2003-04-19 1935 2003 We regret to announce the death of Mr. Marcel Poitras, on April 12, 2003, at the age of 68, son of the late Mr. J.-Ernest Poitras and the late Mrs. Cécile Gamache, formerly of Islet . He is survived by his children, Alain (Caroline Cloutier), Stéphane, Isabelle (Benoit Ross), his grandchildren Maxime, soon a new baby, Antoine, Catherine and Gabrielle. He also leaves the mother of his children, Madeleine Lavoie, his brothers and sisters, Jean-Baptiste, Blanche, Raymond, Sister Madeleine and Brother Gérard, his nephews and nieces as well as several other relatives and friends. He was a member of the StHubert Lions Club and also a volunteer for the parish. Your expressions of sympathy may result in donations to the Arthritis Society. The service in the presence of the ashes will take place on Friday, April 25, 2003 at 11 a.m. in the church of St-Hubert, 5310 Chemin Chambly, corner Montée St-Hubert.
