Sylvie Bélanger Place of Birth: Quebec, Canada Place of Death: Drummondville, Quebec, Canada Date of Death: 05/31/2011 In Drummondville, on Tuesday May 31, 2011 after a long fight, surrounded by her family, died at the age 43 years old, Mrs. Sylvie Bélanger, wife of Mr. Eric Gauvreau, daughter of the late Gilles Bélanger and Mrs. Gisèle Mercier, domiciled in St-Majorique, formerly of Baie-Comeau. Mrs. Bélanger's funeral will be celebrated on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 3 p.m. in the St-Majorique church. The family will welcome relatives and friends, at the church, this same Saturday from 2 p.m., in order to receive expressions of sympathy. Besides her husband Eric, and her mother Gisèle Mercier, she is survived by her children Samuel and Catherine Gauvreau; his brother and sisters Monique Bélanger (Normand Jeanson), Jean-Pierre Bélanger and Brigitte Bélanger (Gérald Gamache); her in-laws Alfred Gauvreau (late Noëlla Lévesque, Jacqueline); his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law Serge Gauvreau, Richard Gauvreau (Carole), Line Gauvreau (Michel), Carole Gauvreau (Denis) and the late Edith Gauvreau.
