LAWRENCE, MA: Patricia Ann Kinsella, 53, of Lawrence, Mass., passed away at Lawrence General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 7, 2016.
Patty was born August 10, 1962, in Lawrence, Mass., a daughter of Shirley (Gamache) Kinsella, and the late Leo Thomas Kinsella. She graduated from St. Mary's High School, Class of 1980, and went on to earn a degree from Middlesex Community College. She worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for more than 25 years, and most recently worked for Dr. Arno Topp.
Patty was a member of Saint Patrick's Parish, formerly a member of Sacred Heart Parish. She had a very strong Catholic faith throughout her life, and shared her beliefs in God and the life everlasting with all of her loved ones. She prayed the rosary daily and attended church frequently. She was a member of the Third Order of Mary and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
In addition to her mother, she is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Joan and husband, Marc Payeur of Salem, N.H., Kathleen and husband, James LaFrance of Atkinson, N.H., and Carol Kinsella and partner, Jean Puleo of Lawrence, Mass.; and brothers, Daniel and wife, Jane Kinsella of Methuen, Mass., and Timothy and wife, Evelynne Kinsella of Lawrence, Mass.
Patty was a thoughtful, nurturing aunt and friend to all of her nieces and nephews, who will forever miss her very dearly, including nephews, Craig Payeur, Brett Payeur, Chad Payeur, Daniel Kinsella, Ben Kinsella, Matt LaFrance, Jonathan LaFrance, Aidan Kinsella; and nieces, Kerry Kinsella Demers, Michelle Payeur Hallahan, Katie LaFrance, Yvonne Kinsella and Julie Kinsella. She also had nine great-nieces and nephews, who were blessed by her love.
She was truly a kind soul and avid dog lover. Predeceased by her beloved Keeshond, Fuzzy, and is survived by her Keeshond, Sparky, who misses her.
Patty will be remembered for her fun sense of humor, enormously generous spirit and the immeasurable unconditional love, which she extended to those closest to her. She was a very passionate, selfless, and genuine person, who touched the lives of many.
Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, February 10, 2015, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 11, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Patrick's Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence. Entombment will follow at the Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for Mass Intentions or for donations made to the MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
