  Died: DENISE I. GAMACHE, 55, of 420 Rathbun St., died yesterday at Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island, North Smithfield. Born in Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Isabelle (Maurice) Gravel of Manville, and the late Joseph W. Gravel, she lived in Woonsocket most of her life. Besides her mother, Mrs. Gamache leaves five sons, Ronald H. Bennett of Morrison, Colo., Albert N. Dauphinais III, Armand N. Dauphinais and Maurice J. Dauphinais, all of Woonsocket, and Normand P. Dauphinais of Manville; a daughter, Vivian Minot, with whom she lived; six grandchildren and a great-grandson. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Menoche Funeral Home, 76 Providence St., Woonsocket. Burial will be in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, Mass.
