At the Beauceville site of the CSSS (Integrated Health and Social Services Centre), on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the age of 96 years and 7 months, Mrs. Yvonne Loignon, wife of the late René-Gilles Gamache and daughter of the late Albert Loignon and the late Marie-Louise Paquet, passed away.
She resided in Saint-Georges.
Mrs. Yvonne Loignon will lie in repose at the Gérald Cloutier Funeral Home, 12525 Lacroix Boulevard, Saint-Georges, on Friday, December 19, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Saturday, December 20, the day of the funeral, from 8:30 a.m.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Assumption, followed by interment in the parish cemetery.
She is survived by her children: Rita (the late Florent Boutin), Robert (Lyne Gagnon), and Chantal (Simon Lacasse);
Her grandchildren: Andrée, Sindie (Louis-Roger Bélanger), Martine
(Jérôme Lavoie), Renée (Martin Maheux), Jérôme (Hélène Brodeur),
Marie-Pier (Maxime Lessard), Marc-André, Marie-Ève ??(Hugo Fortin), Jo-
Annie (Nicolas Johnston), Èva-Marie (Felix Déchêne), Sarah-Maude and
Olivier;
as well as her 19 great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Lucienne, the late Henri (the late Cécile Champagne),
the late Philippe (the late Agathe Paquet), the late Joseph (the late Françoise Lessard), the late
Bernadette (the late André Poulin, the late Aurore Bilodeau), the late Marie-Ange (the late
Charles-Fernand Paquet), the late Madeleine (the late Armand Champagne), the late
Anne-Marie (the late Denis Poulin), the late Victor (the late Jeannine Busque), the late
Pierre-Albert (Alida Gagnon), the late Jean-Paul (the late Mary-Line Gilbert), the late
Antoine (Yolande Paquet), André (Gabrielle Busque), and the late Rachel Loignon
(the late Nazaire Marois).
She was the sister-in-law of the late Thérèse (the late Barthélémy Doyon), the late Rosaire (the late Rose Poirier), the late Marie-Paule, the late Anne-Denise, and the late Gilbert (the late Julienne Poulin).
She also leaves to mourn many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
