BERNIER, Alain 1950-2025 At the Montmagny Hospital, on January 20, 2025, at the age of 74, Mr. Alain Bernier, husband of Mrs. Irène Gamache, passed away. Son of the late Mrs. Thérèse Fournier and the late Mr. Philippe Bernier, he resided in Cap-Saint-Ignace. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Kathia (Daniel Bellemare) and Carl Bernier (Annie Paradis); his grandson Cédric Champigny. He was the brother and brother-in-law of: Marcelle (Michel Bourgault), the late Lina (Sylvain Coulombe), the late Clémence, Christian, Marc-André (Céline Bourgault), Normand (Martine Gonthier), Camille, Julien (Pauline Bélanger), Fabien, Renée (Benoit Julien) and Rémy (Lucille Collard); from the family of the late Mrs. Eva Deschênes and the late Mr. J. Amédée Gamache: the late Henriette (the late Joseph Marsicano), the late Françoise (the late Jean-Claude Gaudreau), Marguerite (Ludovic Fortin), Martin (Marcelle Fortin), Doris (Gérald Allaire), Lucille (the late Jean-Louis Deladurantaye), Lucie, Daniel and Mario. Also affected by his departure are several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and his friends.
