Lavoie, Jean-Guy 1943 - 2018 At the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus, Quebec, on March 10, 2018, at the age of 74, passed away Mr. Jean-Guy Lavoie, husband of the late Dame Rachel Gamache. Born in Quebec City on July 3, 1943, he was the son of the late Dame Georgette Simard and the late Monsieur Hilaire Lavoie. He lived in Quebec arr. Beauport. Family members will receive condolences at The Funeral Cooperative Lordship 2450 Ave. St-Clément Quebec city arr. Beauport G1E 1E8 (Autoroute de la Capitale, Bourg-Royal exit # 318) on Sunday, March 25, 2018 starting at 9 am In his memory will follow at 11 am a ceremony of goodbye in the Chapel of the cooperative. The ashes will be deposited with his wife at the cemetery of St. Gregory at a later date. Mr. Lavoie is survived by his son Steve (Claudia Labrecque); his granddaughter Abigaëlle; his brother Pierre; his sister Lina as well as the family members Lavoie, Gamache and many friends.
