  Died: Peacefully and surrounded by the love of her family, Mrs. Adrienne Gamache, wife of the late André Carmel, passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 91. She is survived by her children Martin (Ginette) and Brigitte (Barry), and predeceased by her daughter Carole (Luc). She will be deeply missed by her six grandchildren: Marie-Christine (André), Patrick (Nicole), Anne-Andrée, Mélissa, Roxanne (Hugo), and Pierre-Marc (Andréanne), as well as her eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her sisters, many nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. The family wishes to warmly thank all the staff of the 5th South of the Haut-Richelieu Hospital (HHR) for their dedication, their kindness and the good care provided. The family will receive relatives and friends at the chapel of the Spiritual Resource Centre (80, Lajeunesse, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Qc, J3B 5G1) on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10 a.m. A celebration in his memory will follow. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Haut-Richelieu-Rouville Health Foundation would be appreciated in his memory.
